According to some information transmitted on the Internet,subsidies for all kinds of new energy vehicles have declined to a certain extent,among which the subsidy for passenger cars per kilowatt hour has been reduced by 40%,and the requirement for energy density of power battery system has also been increased a lot,from the current policy of 115Wh/kg to 140-150Wh/kg,which is undoubtedly more difficult from a technical point of view.
Strict teacher"teaching method"unique business plan cannot catch up with the change
Compared with new energy enterprises,the government can be said to act as a"strict teacher".Since the adjustment of subsidy policies by four ministries and departments at the end of 2016,the teaching methods of this"strict teacher"seemed to make the whole industry unpredictable,which also led to the overall downturn of new energy market at the beginning of 2017.
In the author's opinion,if the frequent adjustment of subsidy policy is because the government wants to push forward the progress of the whole new energy industry by forcing enterprises,then the"teaching policy"is too strict.But is it really unacceptable for companies to adopt such a"teaching approach"?Not too!Without the shield of subsidies,the new energy industry is just like going into a combat zone in a cloth suit,not uncompetitive,but with more injuries.
What businesses really can't accept is the government's irregular policy changes,which lead to the collapse of development plans and the collapse of investment funds.
Is it feasible to adjust the subsidy base and reduce the scale?
At a time when the whole industry is complaining,the author thinks that the base point after the adjustment of subsidy policy is still to be discussed.The adjustment of subsidy policy is mainly in the aspect of vehicle endurance and battery density,and it is not difficult to think of the reason is to accelerate the development of science and technology and improve the entry threshold of new energy industry.
As is known to all,most electric vehicles are equipped with ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries.The former has high energy density,poor stability and relatively poor safety,while the latter is well known in the industry for its safety but limited energy density.For the new energy buses with the most setbacks,most of the supporting batteries are lithium iron phosphate batteries,and the passengers are generally more.In order to increase the battery energy density,safety should be taken as the primary consideration.

However,the subsidy decline reminds me of the most widely used teaching method in China:"beating and scolding"teaching,in which"students"will be punished if they do not do a good job.This teaching method,which is opposed by most people,has a certain effect,while the subsidy decline is also a kind of"whipping"for enterprises.However,the author has no idea how effective it is.
Steady growth is more important than accelerating the shuffle
In the final analysis,the subsidy for new energy vehicles proposed by the state is already a kind of"Western-style encouragement"education.Raising the subsidy threshold does have the effect of accelerating the reshuffle of the new energy industry,filtering out"fish in troubled waters"enterprises and supporting the strong and helping the good.The author believes that there is competition in the industry itself,and competition naturally has the function of"scouring the sands".The consequence of forcing the acceleration of the process may only make the enterprise step into a rough place and lose the enthusiasm and motivation to explore.
It is true that"strict teacher"has the responsibility to raise the requirements for"elite students",but the adjustment again and again will undoubtedly bring only setbacks,and the new energy industry may also fail to realize the overtaking of China's automobile industry on the curve.For domestic diverse local policies and miscellaneous approval process,perhaps enterprises need a free,equal and transparent competition platform,but also hope that"Strict teacher"can teach students according to their abilities,truly pay attention to the status quo of the industry,listen to the aspirations of enterprises,so as to help the stable development of the new energy automobile industry.
