Stropower’s HVEE Ripple Emulator System is specially designed for high voltage electrical and electronic components test according to ISO 21498-2, VW80300 and other similar standards such as Lv123.
The applicable test DUT (device under test) includes Power batteries with BMS, Powertrain, PMU(OBC, PDU, DCDC…), TMS(thermal management system) and else units which are considered working under high voltage in vehicles.
The Stropower’s HVEE Ripple Emulator System is the iteration product for several generations and has been greatly enhanced with cutting-edge hardware platform and optimized server software, it can be used as the general function center for DC power supply with battery model embedded to simulate the actual battery pack behavior and its influences related with SoC% and temperature or else parameters in different chemicals, and for the emulation of ripple disturbances from close to DC to approximately 200kHz under 54Vpp output, and additionally for the load dump test it can support different transient reproducing and after all for the DAQ it has the ability to record signal data at lowest to 1ms interval.
Together with other test solution equipment, Stropower’s vehicle HVEE complete test platform offer users capability for function performance and safety Validation considering most of the high voltage units inside EVs or xEVs.
