Test Conditions
* DC Supply Voltage Variation within Operational Range: Tests are conducted to evaluate the ability of components to withstand normal voltage fluctuations within the specified operating voltage range.
* Generated Voltage Slope and Immunity to Voltage Slope: Examine the voltage slope generated by the system and the ability of components to resist voltage slope changes to ensure that components can operate normally under different voltage change rates.
* Generated Voltage Ripple and Immunity to Voltage Ripple: The ripple characteristics of the generated voltage are tested, and the ability of components to resist voltage ripple is evaluated. Voltage ripple may cause additional losses and heating in components, affecting their performance and life.
* Overvoltage and Under Voltage: Components are subjected to overvoltage and under - voltage tests to verify their ability to withstand abnormal voltage conditions without damage or malfunction.
* Voltage Offset: Tests are carried out to assess the impact of voltage offset on component performance.
* Generated Load Dump Voltage and Immunity to Load Dump Voltage: The load dump voltage generated during the operation of the high - voltage power network is simulated, and the ability of components to resist load dump voltage is tested. Load dump transients can produce high - voltage pulses, which may damage components.
